AE86 or E36 M3

I am at a cross roads as the AE86 rarely gets driven. I am in the verge of having a total of 2 kids so I am considering an E36 M3 Sedan as a toy and sell the AE86.

What say you Opponauts?

Agreed. The M3 may be more practicale being a sedan but I feel like the 86 has more character and would be more fun to drive.

86s are getting stupid expensive. Sit on that guy. It’s also way better IMO. The 4age is a magical gem.

Keep the 86. 86 is so much more rare and turns way more heads. E36s are everywhere, even if the M3 Sedan is kinda rare. Well atleast here there are alot of E36s. 86 is much more unique.

I really like E36s, but I would find a way to put my kids in the back of the 86. In fact, my 2nd is on the way, and 86s have been in regular search rotation regardless.

It’s a slightly less powerful AE-88 (the USDM GT-S) no? not an 86?

I highly doubt the value of GT-S will go up in time... Does yours have the optional LSD? If not, get the M3.

If it’s a real AE-86 (can’t see if it’s LHD or RHD), then keep it by all means.
